Wroclaw’s monuments and relics

Katedra od frontu Wroclaw’s monuments have been breaking the records from centuries – the highest in Poland and one of the highest gothic towers in Europe is adorning St. Elizabeth Church. The University of Wroclaw can be proud of its baroque facade. The first concrete edifice in the world was established here. With its 117 bridges and over a 100 footbridges Wroclaw proudly stands on the third place, after Venice and St. Petersburg. Wroclaw has got the biggest polish Zoo, the oldest restaurant in Europe and enormous organs, which can be found in the cathedral. Special attention should be paid to the Centennial Hall, which has been written down on the UNESCO heritage list.
